From Paul Perna, Lucan, Ontario
. . . Some of you know Ron, as he has visited Lucan many times and still offers to play music at the local seniors home or help out with services with his keyboard. Most of all I appreciate that Ron is not an ivory-tower man and still cares about a man who is 'down and out'.
Ron has had the freedom to study and travel. He has ministered to, and been a part of, many groups: from the Vineyard to the United Church, and many parts in between. I mention that because the freedom to cross denominational lines while remaining true to one's calling is something of a feat, and it could allow a broader perspective than we can appreciate; thus it can be an asset.
There is a lot in his website, and if interested, I'd suggest small readings at a time (at least that works for me, the minimalist reader that I am).
